Join Chef Jada Vidal as she pairs up with Chef Adam Finzel for one night to execute an intimate 5-course tasting menu .The menu takes you through a journey of Autumn as we enter the peak of the season and showcase the bountiful produce it has to offer. A dinner driven by traditional French techniques with an essence of Japanese influence creates a wonderfully unique experience you will not want to miss.

This will ALSO include Wine Pairings that have been thoughtfully chosen to compliment each dish. Mocktail Pairings will also be available upon request for same pricing.

This dinner will be held at KOYA - an intimate tasting-menu only experience with 8 seats. There will be two seatings, one at 6:00PM and one at 8:00PM . Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your reservation as we will commence the dinner on time and cannot promise we will wait for all parties to show before doing so. All guests will sit at the sushi bar, where they will have access to "front row seats" of the Chef's plating techniques and will be guided through each course and pairing.

Chef Jada Vidal has spent many years working in fine dining restaurants across Tampa, now holding the title of Sous Chef at KOYA's sister restaurant, Noble Rice. Most recently being featured on several Food Network shows benefited into creating a Pop Up series through prestigious restaurants in Tampa. Chef Adam Finzel has spent years across the country, working at Michelin star restaurants in San Fransisco and now holds a CDC title at a respected restaurant in North Hyde Park. He holds a strong background in Classical French Cuisine from studying in Paris and also specializes in bread making.
