Description

Join us Thursday, February 17th in our tasting room for a four-course meal and great wine.

Top Shelf Mobile Cuisine will be preparing a four course dinner perfectly paired with Autumn Lake Wines. The dinner pairing is $55/per person (plus tax and gratuity) .

Menu:

First course: Roasted Garlic and Potato Soup

 

Second Course: Mixed Organic Green Salad with pears, craisins, red onion, tomato, and a strawberry, citrus, & white wine infused vinaigrette.

 

Third Course (Choice of):

• Half Roasted Cornish Game Hen over herb stuffing with a white wine and citrus pan gravy and side of Green Beans Almondine

    Or

• Vegetarian Lasagna Rolls with spinach and basil in Pomodoro Sauce

 

Dessert: Sherry Strawberry Trifle
