On Wednesday, April 24, 2024, we are hosting a four-course Austin Hope wine pairing dinner. Hope Family Wines are from California and they've been a staple on dinner tables for more than 40 years. This dinner features their Cabernet Sauvignons and a Red Blend.

Doors will open at 6:30 pm for ticket holders. The dinner starts at 7:00 pm and includes:

Course 1: Frisée salad with beets and thinly sliced shallots tossed in a cherry vinaigrette topped with sliced peppercorn-crusted tuna
Pairing: Liberty School Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Course 2: Short rib mushroom ragu in a rich demi over Gemelli pasta; finished with a Point Reyes Blue Cheese cream sauce
Pairing: Treana Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Course 3: Coffee-rubbed lamb lollipops with mint chimichurri and chipotle Cojita cheese polenta
Pairing: Quest Cabernet Blend 2021

Course 4: Triple berry trifle (angel food cake, vanilla bean custard, blackberries, cherries, currants and spiced whipped cream)
Pairing: Austin Hope Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Dinner is $120.00 per person (+tax, gratuity, and fees) and a $40.00 deposit is required for admittance. This deposit will be applied to your final bill. Seating for this event will be in The Gallery room and it is limited. Must be 21 or older to attend.
