In this guided 4-course wine dinner, you’ll explore a diverse array of Assyrtiko wines from varying regions of Greece alongside a seafood-inspired menu.

On the menu, you'll find a light and refreshing black bass crudo with citrus and caviar, a rich and hearty lobster pasta, a whole grilled fish, finished tableside, with eggplant confit and marinated cherry tomatoes, and a bittersweet dark chocolate tart to finish off the evening.

Delight your palate with a tasting of five Assytiko wines, from a 2022 Zafeirakis from Thessaly and a 2022 Chrissou-Tselepos from Santorini, to a 2015 Economou from Crete, a 2021 Savvoglou-Tsivolas from Limnos, and a 2004 Hatzidakis Vinsanto from Santorini. Each wine pairs beautifully with each dish, taking you on a cultural and gastronomic journey through Greece, from the coastlines to the mountains.
