September 30th we will have Artesano Taco in the tasting room serving up their tasty tacos that will be served alongside the wines in the tasting room.
In 2012, Chef Carlos Ortega decided to formally pursue his passion of cooking fresh, quality, authentic Mexican food by opening Artesano Taco, formerly known as Y Tacote Catering.
Growing up in Durango, Mexico, Chef Ortega brings home-made, healthy recipes he learned from his mom, Doña Delia. Today, he specializes in a variety of tacos, always served with a fresh tortilla, made onsite by hand, but can always create a menu that meets your needs.
