On Wednesday, December 7, the dynamic duo of Debbie Zachareas and Peter Granoff will be popping corks for two very special Champagne flights, accompanied by the one and only Hog Island Oyster Co. Sweetwater oysters. The festivities will start with bubbles at 3:30PM and the Champagne will flow until we close at 8PM. Oysters will be served from 4PM to 8PM; we will offer the same pricing as Hog Island: $21 for a half dozen, $40 for one dozen and $80 for two dozen Sweetwater oysters.

 We have designed a spectacular Tête de Cuvée flight as well as an enchanting Rosé flight from the iconic Champagne houses of Laurent-Perrier, Henriot, Philipponnat and Krug, and grower-producers Benoît Lahaye, Pierre Paillard, Pierre Moncuit and Gonet-Médeville. These are wines—and a party—not to be missed!
