Burgundy enthusiasts and wine-curious novices who wish to learn more about this complex region are invited to an exclusive multi-course wine pairing dinner at Anhelo on Thursday, May 2 at 6 p.m.
Hosted by none other than Maison Louis Latour, which purchased its first vineyards in 1731 and today owns the largest collection of Grand Cru vineyards in all of Burgundy, this intimate event provides guests with the opportunity to connect directly with the winery. Nestled in a comfortable setting, guests will have the chance to talk one-on-one with the winery to learn about the wines of this region and sample outstanding expressions from Maison Louis Latour, including multiple Premier and Grand Cru wines.
This event is orchestrated around an incredible dining experience at the hands of Anhelo Chef and Owner Ivan Jacobo, whose culinary craftsmanship will complement and enhance the featured wines. Guests should come prepared for a one-of-a-kind gastronomic experience, heightened by some of the most outstanding wines available.
Cost begins at $375 per person and includes the six-course culinary experience and seven wine pairings. Add-ons such as a glass of Krug Champagne or Dom Perignon, tax and gratuity are additional.
