On Thursday, April 18 at 6 p.m., Anhelo is pleased to present a one-of-a-kind tasting event — Caviar & Bubbles. Diners will be treated to a special, and decidedly un-stuffy, evening featuring Ruinart, Dom Perignon and Krug Champagnes along with the very finest caviar, all in pristine condition and provenance.
During the evening, guests will enjoy a six course meal, taste four different caviars and enjoy unparalleled Champagnes. Due to Anhelo’s partnerships with not only the respective Champagne houses but also a caviar purveyor, caviar tins will be available for purchase at the event.
Cost is $500, plus tax and gratuity. Guests can opt for an exclusive add-on featuring Krug Clos du Mesnil, a very rare Champagne 1.84 hectare in the heart of Mesnil-sur-Oger, which showcases the unique character of a single plot of Chardonnay harvested in a single year. This has never poured BTG and never at this incredible price ($175).
