For ages 18 & up
Discover the varieties of ancient grains: you'll explore their history, health benefits and practice the techniques you'll need to cook them to perfection. You'll make a salad; a soup; and two meatless main courses as you learn a little more about each grain and to create healthy dishes that are good and good for you!
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with the dishes that you have made.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
