Willamette Valley insiders are huge fans of this outstanding, unique restaurant!  Chef Dario of Carlton's Agrivino will work his magic with a five-course menu perfectly paired with the wines of Anam Cara Cellars.

Primi: Lasagne (Handmade authentic Dario's Lasagne) 2012 Pinot Noir Reserve Estate

Secondi: Spezzatino di Cinghiale (Slowly wine-braised wild boar stew served on Polenta Taragna) 2014 Pinot Noir Mark VIII

Dessert: Crostatineall 'Albicocca (Homemade Italian pie crust filled with apricot jam) 2013 Gewürztraminer
