Refunds

Refund requests may be submitted via the Eventbrite Platform, but approval is not guaranteed. We evaluate refund requests on an individual basis. If we successfully fill your seat from our Waitlist, a refund will be processed, deducting Eventbritefees. However, if your seat cannot be filled, or there is insufficient time for it to be filled, a refund cannot be guaranteed.
