The first Agave Girls in Willow Glen promises to be an incredible evening of great tequila, delicious food, and fabulous fun!

Join us for our very first Agave Girls gathering at our new restaurant, Copita Willow Glen.
We’ll be celebrating Women’s History Month with our sponsor, Vivamor Tequilas, a female-owned-and-operated distiller with four fantastic tequilas we’ll be sharing and sipping on Wednesday March 6, 2024.

The festivities will be led by the original Agave Girl herself, Joanne Weir, PBS Chef and author of Tequila: A Guide to Types, Flights, Cocktails and Bites and we’ll be joined on this special evening by Selene Estrada, Director of Hispanic Portfolio for Mexcor to walk you through all four expressions and why they're so special.

Our 20th anniversary Agave Girls promises to be an incredible evening of great tequila, delicious food, and fabulous fun. Enjoy passed appetizers, a tasting flight of tequila, and a three-course dinner paired with tequila cocktails featuring the wonderful expressions of Vivamor, one of the only female-owned tequila brands in Mexico.

The rooftop reception with Joanne and Selene begins at 6pm and the seated dinner starts at 6:30pm.

Debuted in 2004, Joanne Weir's Agave Girls dinner offers women a celebratory environment to enjoy and appreciate the flavor and history of tequila. If you love great food, cocktails, and great company, you won't want to miss this fun and enlightening celebration of women, community, and tequila.

Crafted at Casa Maestri Distillery, proudly female-owned. Vivamor Tequila is inspired by the passion of four generations with a rich history in tequila, and the love between a great-grandma, Celia Barragan Villanueva, and her loving great-granddaughters, Valentina and Victoria Morales. Each bottle is a labor of love from everyone who helps bring their tequila to life. From the jimadors who carefully cultivate each agave plant for years to the local Mexican artisans who hand paint the intricate bottle designs.

¡Que Viva El Amor!
