Pat and Joe Campbell were Willamette Valley pioneers, planting vines on the shallow soils and steep hills of the westerly Coast Range Mountains in 1974. That winter, a herd of 40 elk bedded down in the clearing by the Campbell's trailer (where they lived until they could build a house). Elk Cove was born.

With son Adam Campbell joining in 1995 and taking the lead, Elk Cove has been a long-time benchmark for Willamette Valley Pinot Noir quality at scale - Adam today oversees six vineyards with 380 acres planted. But, somehow, he continues to turn out handcrafted, place-centered, wines that are a delight to drink.

Come find out how as Adam joins us at the tasting table and shares the winery's story and some terrific wines:

  • Elk Cove Pinot Gris 2022
  • Elk Cove Chardonnay Goodrich 2018
  • Elk Cove Pinot Noir Willamette Valley 2022
  • Elk Cove Pinot Noir Clay Court 2021
  • Elk Cove Pinot Noir La Boheme 2022

The blend of Oregon wine history and terrific wines will be hard to beat! There’s never any charge for our Producer Spotlight tastings held upstairs around the tasting table, but we do ask that you reserve one of the five 30 minute sessions from 5pm to 7:30pm so we can make sure everyone has plenty of time to enjoy and appreciate the wines.
