Truffles: “the Black Diamond of French Cuisine” is considered one of the world’s most potent aphrodisiacs. Preparing a repast for your special someone is an act of love! Our truffle, seafood and carnivorous menu features a decadent gratin of local bay scallops & truffles, classic Tournedos Rossini, with of course, a rich truffle sauce. It wouldn’t be a proper celebratory Valentine’s Day without sumptuous chocolate, as we feature Chef’s award-winning Chocolate Truffle Soufflé, with Chocolate Sauce, but of course!
