Release of Liability: By purchasing tickets for the Charlotte Foodies: Pop Up Dinner, you acknowledge and understand the risks involved in attending and participating in this event, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, damage to personal property, and the potential risk of exposure to communicable diseases such as COVID-19 in public places. You hereby release and forever discharge Evan Diamond, Chop Chop Red Pot LLC, and Great Wagon Road Distilling Company LLC, along with their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and voluntary participation in the event(s). This includes claims for negligence of any third party participating in the event. Your ticket purchase signifies your agreement to this Release of Liability, indicating that you do not hold Evan Diamond, Chop Chop Red Pot LLC, and Great Wagon Road Distilling Company LLC responsible for any incidents that may occur.

Indemnity: As a ticket purchaser, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evan Diamond, Chop Chop Red Pot LLC, and Great Wagon Road Distilling Company LLC, as well as their officers, owners, employees, and agents, against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, that may arise from your attendance at the event. This Indemnity Clause covers you, your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, releasing all parties mentioned from any actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, or demands whatsoever, in law or equity.

Alcohol Consumption: Attendees are responsible for their consumption of alcohol and must abide by all local laws regarding alcohol consumption and behavior under the influence. You agree not to hold Evan Diamond, Chop Chop Red Pot LLC, and Great Wagon Road Distilling Company LLC liable for any incidents or consequences arising from alcohol consumption at the event.

Food Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: Attendees are responsible for notifying the organizers of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. While every effort will be made to accommodate such needs, the organizers cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements will be met. Attendees assume the risk related to food allergies and dietary restrictions.

Emergency Medical Care: In the event of a medical emergency, event staff may take necessary actions for the safety and well-being of an attendee, including calling emergency services. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to such measures and release the organizers from any liability arising from such actions.

Minor Attendees: Attendees who are minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult who assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and behavior during the event.

Photo/Video Release: By attending this event, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials related to the event, including but not limited to photographs and videos, without compensation or additional consent.
