On the afternoon of April 8th there will be a solar eclipse and Moose & Goose Winery is in the Path of TOTALITY. Meaning the sun will be completely covered for nearly 4 minutes.

Moose & Goose Winery will be hosting this special event. Those who come to Texas with their all-inclusive camper (there will be no additional restrooms on-site) will be invited to park in the hay pasture on April 7th. Arrival time will be between noon-5pm. You will be directed to your parking spot on a first come first serve basis. Once you get situated you will be invited to the winery to check-in, and choose a flight of wine to enjoy while you relax from your trip.

At 6pm we will serve a taco dinner from our local Lupita’s Taco Truck. You will also get a glass of wine of your choice at this time.

On April 8th, the winery will open at 11:00 am. At this time, you will be invited to come to the winery to get your viewing glasses, a bottle of wine, your souvenir wine glass and a snack lunch catered by Oh Soooo Hummus. The winery will be closed during the 1 O’clock hour so everyone can enjoy the sighting.

Afterwards we ask that you be on your way by 4:00 pm.
