You may have heard that the famous Cheese Maker Dinner is back, happening Friday, April 26 at the Ashland Springs Hotel from 6-9pm. As in past years, the dinner kicks off with a cheese reception featuring dozens of delicious local artisan cheeses to be followed by three courses featuring Oregon Cheese Makers and exquisitely paired with craft beverage producers from across the state.
