I will walk everyone through the Systematic Approach to Tasting Wine as we taste through a single wine varietal together. We'll discuss how you use your sense of sight, smell, taste and brain to assess a wine. This is intended for novices and aficionados alike. We won't be talking hard-core about the varietal but more about the process and our individual experiences of taste and perception.
