When exploring the Alps, you'll find an irresistible, savory dish called Raclette (RAH-KLET), which pairs perfectly with our dry white wines. Similar to the Swiss & French Alps region, Ravines makes expressive, aromatic whites to pair with this alpine fare that's highlighted by melted raclette cheese.
Enjoy mini potatoes, cured ham, French bread, cornichons along with fresh local cheese, prepared and melted using a Raclette maker in front of you, tableside, with mustard and butter.
A maximum of eight guests per seating will gather for this experience in our renovated, turn-of-the-century barn in Geneva and be led by one of our warm and knowledgeable Ravinista hosts to the wine cellar. While seated at our antique farm table amongst the wine barrels, our host will lead you through a flight of five of our best white wines paired with this alpine dish.
