Waters Spring Kick Off Dinner

Join us once again in the historic railcar at the WW Steak Company for a fabulous four course winemaker dinner with Jamie Brown! The awesome folks at WW Steak have created an incredible menu to pair with a rockstar selection of Waters wines. Seating is limited to 40 so RSVP now!

Course One
Oven Roasted Halibut with charred spring onion and Romesco paired with our 2018 Prelude

Course Two
Spring vegetables...forest mushrooms with a stinging nettle pesto paired with 2012 21 Grams

Course Three
Grilled lamb chops with wheat berries, and a wild herb chimichurri paired with 2007 Columbia Valley Syrah

Course Four
Pan seared bistro filet with ashe roasted beets, cambozola, and fig compote paired with 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon
