Cost: $59 per person

Join us for a sinfully fun evening preparing delicious recipes straight out of the Big Easy!

Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience, educational and most importantly — fun.

With the instruction of our chefs and cooking group, together we prepare a 4-course meal.

The courses are separated by stations, each station is paired with 2-3 guests. The preparation and cooking process takes about 2.5 hours, followed by family-style dinner in our venue.

MENU
– Hurricane (New Orleans rum cocktail)
– Lump crab beignets with remoulade
– Shrimp Po boys with avocado aioli
– Chicken and Andouille Sausage Gumbo
– Cajun dirty rice
– Bananas foster with vanilla bean ice-cream

CLASS LENGTH
Cooking process approx. 2.5 hrs + eating time 30-45 minutes

RESTRICTIONS
Ages 21 and older. Sorry no kids, no young teens.
