Bring you beats, we are going to transport you to Mardi Gras from the pleasure of our kitchen! Get ready for an evening of classic New Orleans cuisine and traditions.

Our cooking classes are a hands-on experience, educational and most importantly — fun.

With the instruction of our chefs and cooking group, together we prepare a 4-course meal.

The courses are separated by stations, each station is paired with 2-3 guests. The preparation and cooking process takes about 2.5 hours, followed by family-style dinner in our venue.

– Collard greens with ham hocks
– Cajun dirty rice
– Bananas foster with vanilla bean ice-cream
