This wine comes from the town of Boudes to the south of the Auvergne vineyard in the Loire. On the nose, smoky and peppery notes accompany a sustained fruitiness (blackcurrant, redcurrant) with support of a fine acidity. Organic. 12% alcohol by volume

25-year-old vines from Bierzo in Northwestern Spain. Medium-body, cherry red, with aromas of of ripe fruit, vanilla, and spices. Ideal paried with chicken, grilled meats, or pasta.
