Course 1: Beet Carpaccio w/ Blood orange vin under arugula w/fried capers, goat cheese, orange supremes
Course 2: Cured Salmon Cream Cheese Bagel Fritter w/ grilled green onions and crème fraiche
Course 3: Crab bisque w/ old bay crème fraiche
Course 4: Grilled Turkey Kafka over fragrant basmati rice w/ raita and mint pesto
Course 5: U10 Scallop w/ Mango Puree, soy edamame salad and horseradish Sakora
Course 6: Seared Skin on Duck Breast with cranberry gastrique and farro risotto w/ candied carrots
Course 7: Short Rib Hutspot w/ mashed potatoes
Course 8: Neapolitan Crème Brulee - Side By Side Chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry crème brulee, maraschino cherries
