Course I 

Brie Bruschetta – Crostini, warm brie apple slice topped with arugula salad, and candied pecans.

Pairing:  Vermentino 100%

Course II

Baked Pesto Oysters – Fresh Oysters brushed with pesto topped with crispy pancetta and a drizzle of olive oil.  

Pairing:  Altair IGT Tuscan White (Vermentino & Viognier)

Course III

Choice Of:

Langoustine Fra Diavolo -  Langoustine squid ink pasta, sautéed with cherry tomatoes, garlic, basil, white wine and crushed red pepper.

Snake River Farms Ribeye Cap – The most marbled piece of the ribeye seasoned and grilled served with a Rogue River blue cheese (#1 Cheese in the World) and cabernet sauce served with vegetables and truffle fingerling potato.  

Pairing: Cabernet 100%

Course IV

Chocolate Lava Cake – A mini version of our new homemade chocolate lava cake.  With a liquid center served with gelato.

Pairing:  Esse Syrah (100%)
