See how the winemaker affects the final wine by treating similar grapes differently throughout the winemaking process. How does removing the skins earlier in the fermentation process affect the wine? How does carbonic maceration change a wine? Summer will answer these type questions and you will be able to taste wines that were made differently to sensorily learn the effects.
