We're very excited to announce our next Pop Up Dinner at our UTC location, Apollonia Bistro with Chef Erin Sealy! This month we'll be featuring a 3-course dinner with a bit less wine, food, time commitment and cost, than our usual 5-6 course dinners. The reduction is the only change, you'll still have the same great pairing experience and wine conversation as with all of our events. For our next wine dinner, we'll be featuring three fantastic wines, perfect for and your holiday table and gatherings! We've got a great line up planned featuring a complex white and two reds! Chef Erin Sealy will be preparing a 3-course menu, which will highlight the uniqueness of each wine and follow the holiday theme for the night. Expect a great evening of paired courses, and fantastic wines!
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each wine is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each wine. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine. With a passion for food and wine, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course.
