For our third and final Sunday Supper Series, friend, chef and pitmaster Ara Malekian of Harlem Road Texas BBQ in Richmond will be showcasing his far-ranging talents with a 13-course dinner and beverage pairings. Trained in Switzerland, Chef Ara’s early experiences included working with celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck. As a chef of many cuisines, Chef Ara has owned 14 restaurants over his career. He is also known for supporting local farmers, ranchers, artisans and purveyors. Diners of this dinner can expect the unexpected along with non-traditional wine and beverage pairings.
