Each month Two Corks features a local artist and their craft at the Winery. This coming month we're once again featuring Frankie Freeman.
Frankie says, "The majority of my work is about the experience. As a middle school art teacher, I try to share my love for the art experience with students. In my personal work, I create for the joy of creating. I create because I cannot stop. The experience of working with fluid artwork such as ink or flow acrylic paint intoxicates me. Once the party is over, the artwork is no longer about me, and instead is about the viewer interacting with it. I greatly enjoy hearing what the viewer brings to the artwork and what they see. This is my invitation to the viewer to interact with the artwork, bringing me to the summit of the experience".
The art is up all month but stop in on opening night and meet the artist and see the amazing work he produces!
