Meet at Baker Street Tube next to the Marks & Spencer Entrance - we will take a walk through Regent's Park and along Regent's Canal finishing at the Indian Veg Restaurant in Angel at around 4.00 pm.
This is a very friendly restaurant with walls adorned with all types of posters about the benefits of a vegetarian/vegan diet. It is one of my favourite haunts in London. The owner will stop and ell us about his inspirational journey founding the restaurant and his philanthropic activities. See more at the following link:

The food is a buffet - one price and you can eat as much as you like. There is a large variety of soft drinks to buy. The restaurant does not sell alcohol but I will arrange for three sustainable wines for us to enjoy with the meal.

This will make it easy to co-ordinate - I t book a table based on numbers but I will simply take cash payment on the day just to cover the cost for the wine - of £10 per person for three 125 ml glasses of wine. Otherwise, I'm running these Sunday events without extra charges - each person can pay for their own buffet (£8.95 per person) and soft drinks.
