Chateau Ferran: Château Ferran is a winery in the Pessac-Léognan area of the Graves, South of Bordeaux, with a glorious History of past ownership, including Robert de Ferran, solicitor at the Bordeaux Parliament, who gave his name to the property, and Montesquieu, the famous French philosopher, who owned of the vineyards here during the 18th century.

Chateau Nozay: At the centre of the village of St. Gemmer radiates a majestic castle, the Nozay. Acquired by the De Benoist family at the end of the 19th century, the area became a vineyard in 1971 when Philippe and Marie-Helène decided to plant vines. Today, 15 hectares of Sauvignon surround the castle. This isolated and preserved environment is an exception in the Sancerre region.

Chateau Maison Blanche: With family roots going back three centuries, the Despagnes know about Bordeaux. Their flagship label, Maison Blanche, is a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc from old vines with incredibly low yields. It ages for 18 months in barrel before being bottled with very little sulfur.

Les Equilibristes: brain child of Francois de Monval & Florent Girou who produce fun cuvées from small estates across France. Minimal invention, no added sulphur, terroir-driven and delicious!

Laurent Cazottes: Husband and wife, Laurent and Marina, are known for making exceptional, artisan eau de vie from various heirloom fruits they organically farm. They also make wine from old vine Gaillac grape varieties: Mauzac, Braucol and Duras.

Movia: Dating back to 1820, Movia is Slovenia's most revered winery. Ales Kristancic has become known internationally for his vinification and viticultural philosophy that is a reflection of a collective wisdom acquired and refined over two centuries of winemaking at the Movia estate.

Vinichiesa: Founded in the mid-1700s in the sun-drenched hills of the Roero overlooking Barbaresco, the Azienda Agricola Chiesa Carlo has been producing wine over five generations. Now run by Carlo, Renato and Giuseppe who inherited centuries of dedication to the land from their parents Agostino and Margherita, the vineyard produces a wide range of high quality DOC and DOCG wines.

Therianthropy: This will be the first time to try this exciting new winery! Led by winemaker David Eiberg and highlighting the unique terroirs of Ontario. Single-vineyard, wild-fermented, low intervention wines.

Hidden Bench: Hidden Bench is a relative newcomer to the Ontario wine scene, but its quality-driven wines have built a cult following since first being bottled in 2005. Located in the Beamsville Bench appellation about an hour southwest of Toronto, this is one of the most exciting wineries in a sub-region that's already known to produce some of the finest local wines around.
