Chart House Savannah To Host Alexander Valley Vineyards Wine Dinner

Chart House invites Savannah-area wine aficionados to the Alexander Valley Vineyards Wine Dinner on Wednesday, November 20 from 7 – 10 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, perfectly paired with a five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.

First Course
• King Salmon Crudo – shaved radish and fennel, mandarin orange gastrique
Estate Chardonnay, Alexander Valley

Second Course
• Brie and Berry Salad – frisée, micro greens, mixed berries, vanilla bean vinaigrette
Estate Pinot Noir, Alexander Valley

Third Course
• Peppercorn Crusted Ahi Tuna – roasted tellicherry pepper, creamy pasnip purée, beurre rouge
Redemption Zinfandel, Dry Creek Valley

Fourth Course
• Beef Tenderloin (Prime Rib Style) – oak smoked fingerling potatoes, confit baby beets, au jus
Cyrus Bordeaux Style Red Blend, Alexander Valley

Dessert
• Warm Savory Almond Cake – white balsamic macerated strawberries, Chantilly cream
Dry Rosé of Sangiovese, Sonoma County
