Following the sell-out success last year, Great Wines of the Andes USA returns to Miami on October 4th at the Moore Building. Come discover the beauty of the wines from Chile, Argentina and Uruguay at this interactive walk-around grand tasting. You will get the chance to taste over 160 top wines at this wine tasting extravaganza.
From malbec and cabernet to pinot noir and chardonnay, all the featured wines are handpicked by James Suckling and have achieved 90 points or higher. The quality of winemaking is better than it has ever been. Earlier this year, James and his team of top tasters took off to Chile, and Argentina for the sixth time in four years and tasted more than 2,300 wines. The message is very clear to us: a large majority of the wines that are being produced now is of outstanding quality.
Award-winning recording artist Surahn Sidhu is flying from Australia to once again provide sleek sounds and ambiance with “fun Cuban funk and regional rarities,” as he puts it. Sidhu was on guitar, bass, and vocals for Empire of the Sun for several years and frequently goes on tours across the globe.
