The Pacific Ocean sets the scene on the Dana Lawn for the Pacific Northwest Seafood Celebration presented by Executive Chef Andrew Litherland. Guests can enjoy a behind-the-scenes look as the culinary team prepares the entire menu in an outdoor kitchen. The family-style menu features a fresh raw bar of crab claws, oysters, and shrimp, along with entrees of hickory elk ribs, lobster and summer truffle cavatelli, pork belly, and crispy Brussel sprouts. These delectable dishes along with others will be paired with Pacific Northwest wines from Ponzi Vineyards, a premier winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley,
President and second-generation vintner Anna Maria Ponzi will also be on-site to guide the pairing experience. Executive Pastry Chef Sylvain Haage concludes the evening on a sweet note with seasonal desserts, including honey and white peach cake, crème fraiche cheesecake, and warm vanilla fig crumble.
