This extraordinary fundraising event will take place on the evening of August 1, 2019 at Union Trust in Philadelphia, PA. Bringing together ambassadors within the cardiovascular health industry to drive awareness and further our efforts in the fight against heart disease. Since our inception, the Jason Thompson Foundation has made it our mission to educate communities on the cardiovascular issues young people face and shine a light on the organizations that work tirelessly to make a difference.
