On Wednesday, July 3 at Vista Brewing, Chef Andrew Stiver of Vista Brewing’s grill and Vista Brewmaster Pat Korn are joining forces with the team at Duchman Family Winery for a four course pairing dinner featuring both Visa brews and Duchman wines. Chef Stiver brings his unique perspective on modern Texas cuisine: hyper-local sourcing including fresh harvest from Vista’s 1-acre organic farm. Chef Stiver incorporates smoking and wood-fired grilling techniques, as well as house-made breads, pickling and fermenting. Each course is expertly paired with one of Vista’s brews or Duchman wine. The menu will be posted prior to the event and please arrive between 6:30 – 7:00 p.m. Note, ticket sales close July 1 at midnight. Max 50 seats available.
