Learn to prepare Salmon three ways, and pair different wines with each dish as well!
Nordo’s charming and talented Sous Chef Christian Rosso begins his monthly cooking classes on June 25. In an exploration of Nordo’s favorite fish, Christian will teach you how to prepare a King Salmon in three ways, including the beautiful beet-cured salmon rosettes served in Jitterbug Perfume. Tom Hjduk, host of the popular Second Saturday wine tastings will also be on hand to pour specifically-paired tastes of wine. The evening will round out with a delicious meal plated by Christian.
