On Wednesday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m., Comal Heritage Food Incubator’s monthly Impact Dinner will return from its break to celebrate a special new beginning as they welcome Arden Lewis, their highly anticipated new executive chef. Chef Lewis will bring his cutting-edge perspective into the kitchen to prepare five exceptional and diverse Mexian courses with the ladies of Comal. Wine and cocktail pairings will be curated by Friends & Family's Executive Director, Kevin Galaba.
Early Bird General Admission tickets are now on sale through noon on Friday, June 7, for $60 per person all-inclusive. Beginning at noon on Friday, General Admission tickets for $75 will be released, as well as the menu.
Four elevated Early Bird Chef’s Counter tickets are available for $100 per person all-inclusive until Friday, June 7. Starting at noon on Friday, Chef's Counter tickets will be $125. In addition to the main menu, Chef's Counter guests will enjoy internationally inspired delicacies, to be announced on June 7.
Focus Points Family Resource Center (the nonprofit behind Comal) and Friends and Family (a nonprofit organization comprised of, and designed to serve, Colorado's hospitality industry employees) have partnered to host this special event.
