Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar will host ’Terroir Mosaic' on Thursday, May 23 at 7 p.m. as part of the sixth annual Top Drop Vancouver wine festival and welcome Master Sommelier Nick Hetzel, who will detail four unique and iconic wineries from four diverse terroirs in France, California and Hungary while guests enjoy a multi-course feast prepared by Chefs Alex Chen and Roger Ma. Tickets are $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity and can be reserved by calling the restaurant at 604-642-2900.
