Its Chardonnay’s ability to thrive in cool and warm climates that has vignerons planting and replanting vines all over the world!
Do you Speak Chardonnay?’s focus will consist of the diverse style of Chardonnays being produced all around the world. Starting with France guests will taste Champagne, Burgundy’s Chablis and Jura’s take on the infamous grape. Then we will travel to Sicily’s Mt. Etna, South Africa, California, Chile and Argentina to witness firsthand their truth of the varietal each in its own distinct and specialized way.
