Introduction To Wine Tasting

This six-hour session is designed to demystify the wine tasting process. Regardless of your wine expertise; as soon as you look, sniff and taste a wine; colors, aromas and flavors imprint your senses, which triggers a wide range of reactions in your brain: pleasure, images, memories, associations, dizziness…. At this tasting, your host will help you make sense of your impressions, helping you improve your confidence in tasting. You will also learn how to differentiate twelve different styles of wines and discover what you like or dislike and (perhaps more importantly) why.
