Combining elements of our most popular tastings, this sit-down event, accompanied by meats and cheeses, will feature Italy's amazing indigenous grapes, nique winemaking techniques, rare terroir, and beloved borrowings. Through hands-on experience, guests will learn the differences between northern and southern Italian wines, why the Tuscan coastline is well suited for the Super-Tuscan varietals, and how an ancient sea influences terroir. We'll make stops in Piemonte, visit the Veneto, and maybe peek into Puglia--along with other surprises!
