Savor four courses thoughtfully paired with beverages and enjoy conversation from Chef Charles Wiley and the special guest. In March, Frank Family Vineyards will bring an assortment of wines from their rich collection. This Calistoga California-based winery has received Napa Green Certifications for both their land and winery. Their tasting room was once home to the Hans Kornell Champagne Cellars where in 1958 he introduced the French méthod champenoise to the golden state.
