What’s The big deal about the « Natural » wine trend? Let us fill you in. Brett Ludemann of Flora & Fauna Wines will join us for a very special and up-to-date look at this new and popular trend. Brett represents many wineries where natural winemaking practices are strictly followed: Organic farming, no added commercial yeasts, absolutely no added sugars, colors or flavorings, and no artificially created filtering or clarifying.
