We're very excited to announce our first Tequila Dinner with Chef Erin Sealy! We'll be featuring 4 different tequilas from AzuñiaAzuñia is handcrafted 100% pure Weber Blue Agave tequila that is the exclusive U.S. export of Agaveros Unidos de Amatitán and its second-generation, family-owned-and-operated Rancho Miravalle estate. Organic Azuñia agave is grown in dedicated fields of the Jalisco valley, harvested by hand and roasted in traditional clay hornos to ensure authenticity and depth of flavor. Jared Vallon will be joining us from Azuñia, to walk guests through each unique and award-winning tequila. We have a fantastic line up planned, including, Azuñia's Extra Aged Anejo! The first course will take place during the 1/2 hour meet and greet where guests will enjoy their choice of cocktail made with Azuñia Blanco and tray-passed appetizers. Following this included reception, dinner will start. Chef Erin will be pairing each of the tequilas with their own dinner course. This will be our last event at The Riviera, so we have no doubt it'll be one to remember!

Strawberry Basil Martini: Muddled Strawberry + Basil, Simple Syrup and Lemon Juice
Organica Margarita: Azuñia Blue Agave Syrup, Lime Juice and Water
Tray Pass Amuse: Green Apple Slices Topped with Fresh Honey Spiked Chevre and Prosciutto
Tequila & Dinner Menu: Seating at 7pm

Cumin Spiced Shredded Chicken Sope Topped with Baby Greens, Avocado Oaxacan Crema, Fire Roasted Corn and Fresh Pomegranate

House Made Pink Peppercorn + Cotija Gnocchi in Pepita Chipotle Cream Sauce with Sauteed Shrimp, Blackened Portobello, Chopped Arugula, Fresh Scallion and Grated Cotija


Azuñia Estate Crafted Reserved Anejo

Hazelnut, Macadamia and Parmesan Crusted Pork Tenderloin with Crispy Potato, Black Bean and Fontina Hash in Sauce Tomat Pool


Azuñia Estate Crafted Private Reserve Black Extra Aged Anejo

Nutella Filled Puff Pastry Waffle Topped with Brown Butter Frozen Custard, Azuñia Reposado Caramel Sauce, Toasted Hazelnut and Bacon Crumble

** Wine/Beer substitutions are available for guests not wanting to participate in the tequila selections. Please indicate if anyone in your party prefers a substitute during registration in the "special requests" section.
