For the first time, Inside Wine SB will taste artisan spirits! Join us as Ian Cutler, Owner and Head Distiller of Cutler's Spirits pours samples and discusses how his artisanal liquors are created. His handcrafted philosophy makes a big difference in quality! For example, Cutler's uses non-GMO corn for their vodka and locally grown California citrus, elderflower, jasmine, cardamom to complement the traditional flavors of juniper berry, coriander, and angelica in their gin. We'll also learn a bit about his family's distillery beginning in the Gold Rush days through Prohibition and on to the current day. http://cutlersartisan.com

Our Meetup will be in the SB Natural History Museum's newest exhibit space - the Santa Barbara Gallery. Three-levels of unique dioramas highlight the rich biodiversity of Santa Barbara.

Goa Taco will cater. What is Goa Taco? Australian slang for "go (for) a taco" and to honor the birth country of the paratha. What's paratha? A buttery, flakey lovechild of the tortilla and croissant. It's filled with delicious things like 5-spice confit duck, hot mustard pickled cucumber, radish, sweet soy or tofu banh mi, shiitake pate, crunchy veggies...all made with highest quality ingredients, including hormone-free meat. http://www.goataco.com
