Quinta Santiago "boutique winery" is a family project, combining tradition and knowledge of the older generation to modernity and enthusiasm of the younger generation.
With our Head Sommelier, the producer selects the wines to be presented during the wine dinner and which will perfectly match with an exclusively created 4 courses menu, carefully prepared by our two Michelin Star Chef, Ricardo Costa.
It is a great opportunity to taste some delicous wines from our Minho - Vinho Verde wine partner, Quinta de Santiago.
Dinner starts with a Welcome Cocktail at Dick's Bar at 8 pm and at 8:30 pm dinner will be served in the Vaulted room.
Due to limited places, pre-payment is required to confirm your reservation at the wine dinner. Tables are shared between 8-10 people.
