Description

There are many different ways to understand wine. Wine is made with different grapes, by different makers all over the globe.

Some countries have been making wine for thousands of years (Old World Wines), while others have been working on it for a few hundred (New World Wines).

The soil, sun and rain are all important aspects when it comes to making wine. There are thousands of different wineries because each person’s land is different, they may add things to their wine for a specific flavor, a certain process may be traditional to their winery or an abundance of other reasons. This class will focus specifically on the different styles of Old World and New World wines.

Get to know these two major wine styles with artisan bread, cheese, antipasto, and more.
