Chef Dan Eaton's Valentine's Weekend Prix Fixe Menu at the Park Inn.  Available Saturday & Sunday, Feb. 8 & 9 as well as Thursday, Feb. 14 through Sat. Feb. 16.  You'll have the option of one dish from each course listed.  This menu is $50/person (does not include tax & gratuity).  We look forward to seeing everyone!

Course One: Pleasant Bay Oysters, Anson Mills Grits Fried Oysters or First Light Goat cheese & Roasted Vegetable Terrine

Course Two: Declicata Squash, Frisee & Burrata Salad or Cream of Mushroom Soup

Course Three: Pan Seared Bistro Tenderloin, Roasted Red Pepper, Caramalized Onion & Blue Cheese Demi, Mashed Potato, Kale or Shrimp & Diver Scallop Risotto, Preserved Lemon, English Peas, Chives or Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli, Vodka Cream Sauce

Course Four: Chocolate Espresso Terrine and Chocolate, Orange, Pistachio Biscotti or Brioche Bread Pudding, Empire Apples, Golden Raisins & Point of the Bluff Vineyards Ice Wine Caramel Sauce
