It might not be Bourbon Street, but we'll let the good times roll (out the barrel)! Lynfred winemakers Andres Basso and Rodrigo Gonzalez will be pulling wines from the cellar's barrels to get the party started. Chef Celeste Pasag is crafting up some Cajun delights, along with a fine selection of cheeses.
Passed appetizzers: shrimp & grits, jambalaya with chicken & andouille sausge, muffuletta, Louisiana hot wings. Dessert: maple bacon turtle
